Synopsis: xpy attempts to secure your Windows system and protects your privacy. In addition to anti-spyware features, it disables common security threats (RPC/DCOM, LMHash) and increases your Windows performance.
Writes settings to: User profile folder. A single setting is written to indicate whether you have accepted the license agreement. I think it is portable on the assumption that it will be run once for every machine for security purpose.
How to extract: Download the ZIP file and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch xpy.exe.
